Being a new patient, I have an anxious feeling about going to any Dentist. However, when I walked into this office, I felt at ease after the receptionist greeted me with a soft voice and big smile. They took me in before my appt, I filled out paperwork and they explained to me the entire process. I was pleased with the entire staff and process from beginning to end.
