I would never go back to Aspen dental, had a tooth pulled that was the worst experieance of my life. Ive had teeth pulled before but this by far was the worst 3 days later I am still in pain I call the office to ask them to send pain meds told me had to come back in to been seen which i understand but I had to wait till monday! Got completely ripped off by their pinellas park location. They added a bunch of shit to my bill that i was told a at the time was supposed to be part of the first free visit. Scam artists. Take advantage of the fact i was in pain and in a hurry to sneak a bunch of stuff in, even charged one of my extractions as "impacted" when it was not. . When i called to question the charges later the office manager essentiall told me i signed the bill so i could go fuck myself now
My boyfriend went in for his routine appointment. The dental hygienist cut his gum while cleaning and didn't say anything about it. Now the area is swollen and looks like it is starting to get infected. Also, the area is tender and causing pain. The dental hygienist should have noticed that and informed him so he could treat it properly.
All the people were very professional. I was only looking for a composite filling to repair a molar. However, a suggested treatment plan totaling over $3200 was presented of which $275 was for the filling. The rest was for periodontal deep scaling with antibiotics. To say that the price is exorbitant would be an understatement. I will look elsewhere for treatment.
Not thrilled with the experience. They rescheduled our first visit due to the hurricane. We showed up for the reschedule and no one was there. We had to call them to find out they were still closed. Third try, they did dozens of uncomfortable X-rays with no preface or explanation, didn’t clean my teeth, said I had a tiny cavity and quoted the repair. When I said I was going to hold off, the no-big-deal cavity became an imminent root canal!?! I had to cancel my separate cleaning appointment but they had no record of me doing ... read more
I'm not sure how this journey with Aspen will turn out . The office manager said my insurance is "tricky" so I'm waiting to see what that means. I'm calling the insurance to see what they say. CROOKS.
