My first appointment went great here. It was after my initial appointment when I started experiencing intense pain in a tooth. I called into the office for a week straight trying to work it out to fix the tooth but the procedure the dentist recommended was out of my price range. When I explained that I couldn’t afford that procedure and asked them to just extract the tooth they refused that service as well. I must state that I had $1000 in credit sitting on their books. I, as a new patient made an appt using their call center and requested the Riverview location. I called back prior to my appointment to verify if they had my secondary insurance information and pressed option 2 for the front desk. I then was placed on hold then I was disconnected with no warning. I proceeded to call a second time and left a message waited a couple days. no one returned my call. Don't recommend Aspen Dental I mean, tooth that got extracted Wednesday afternoon, 10x more infected than what it was and I AM in more pain, still some of my tooth in where it was extracted; called to ask about another stronger antibiotic and some stronger pain meds to help ease the pain n to get better rest/sleep, doc refused to do anything more, telling me to go to the urgent care and or emergency room or another dental clinic all because I complained that I was in more pain and said part of tooth was still in area she sup...Ā read more

Worst customer service ever. The Hygienist Jesse Elliott is outstanding and does one hell of a job, but from officer Manager to the Doc absolutely rude and unprofessional. So skip this office and go elsewhere.Ā

didn't have insurance but I had a crown done before it cost me $500 Aspen on 301 charged me $1800 and $3100 for deep cleaning. 1200 of that was for antibiotics which I don't think this is true. The total was $4,900 which everyone I've talked to have said that they over charged me. I'm not happy at all.Ā

Really negative experience. I came in for an exam + cleaning. The staff kept pushing for me to elect for extra services like invisalign not covered by insurance. I declined politely several times, reminding them I just wanted a cleaning today. When it was finally clear I was not paying the thousands of dollars they wanted me to sign up for to have additional work done, I was sent back to the wating room and ignored. I went in for help with a broken tooth and being told a couple of times they would help after my exam I was expecting to be treated then was sent to the receptionist to schedule my treatment plan. This was after explaining my expectations to the receptionist before filling out any paperwork. Now I am still in search for a REAL dentist in Riverview that actually cares about people.Ā

In the past I have had good experiences. This visit the front desk and dental hygienist were friendly enough. I arrived 8 min prior to my appointment and was called back 15 min after my appointment time. The dentist was extremely rude. I asked about the procedure she suggested and she replied in a rude manor ā€œI’m the dentistā€ like I’m in a hurry don’t ask me questions. I won’t return because I don’t respect her opinion.Ā
