I wished we had read these reviews prior to scheduling ur appointments. Most of the staff was rather friendly, HOWEVER, the Dentist was probably the most unprofessional and rude human being I’ve ever!!! When a patient has questions concerning the “treatment” they are recommending, you immediately decide you no longer what to treat the patient? Went in for annual exam as required as a reserve member of the military and after the exam was complete, I asked Dr. to sign exam form and she refused and wanted me to come back for $1,200.00 cleaning before she would sign form. Very unethical and I found a better dental office down the street which did what I needed and cleaning was $100.
Worst experience. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for NO cleaning and overheard the dentist arguing inappropriately with a patient and then she had the nerve to talk poorly about that patient while she was inspecting my teeth.
RecommendedLet me share my story about Dr.Effat Ahmadi and her wonderful staff , this Doctor saved my life , I went in with what I thought would be a took extraction, only to find out my tooth was infected and my blood pressure was so high I could have died right there , she told me to go straight to the hospital, I did and was immediately admitted into ICU , I was almost dead , if it hadn’t been for this wonderful Doctor , I wouldn’t be here and by Gods Grace , the look she gave me that Friday morning when I entered her office , I kne... read more
They got my son in there for a tooth extracrtion and he had a coupon for free exrays and exam After that was done they had the dentist look at him and said sorry we can not do it. Lets sell you all of this other work . He said i am not interested at this time. I just came here for a tooth extraction. Oh by the way, You owe for exam and xrays,. Why? It is only free if the do a procedure. What a scam!!!
I've gone to several Aspen Dental in the past and thought I'd give the Riverview location the benefit of doubt. Each time my husband or I visit we always pay the upfront payment but each and every visit we're also greeted with an unexpected Balance.

I came in for sharp pain and migraines . Turns out I had an infection. They didn’t do anything but give me antibiotics and I left crying because of the pain. The dentist said she does not give pain meds to patients unless she performs a procedure..I was willing to get the work done but they told me that the next available date to do it was a month out! . Reception, x ray tech, and office manager were very kind and caring. The female Dr. was extremely rude and refused to do an extraction on my infected tooth (the only reason i came there) without doing other thousands of dollars worth of procedures. She kept trying to push a root canal and a deep cleaning when i clearly only wanted an extraction and to free of this painful tooth.
