I must say that Susanna is super efficient! I’ve had bad experiences in the past with Aspen but wanted to give them another try because they are so close. She stood by the peace of mind promise and helped me figure out expenses for some upcoming appointments. Thank you!
Run. This establishment is a money maker only. Non-experienced with treating their patients with compassion. Work done in a rough and hurtful manner. They make decisions to do work on your teeth that leave you in pain for weeks, suggesting nothing to right their incompetent working habits. Their fixes make your teeth worse. I dont think the read the xrays carefully, and many of the professionals have minimum experience. This is why the hurt you with novacane injections (rough, rough, and no vedside manners ar all). I have been going to Aspen Dental,for more than a year now, and have never had a bad experience.when I first went there , I needed extensive work done, and being on medicare had no dental coverage.Aspen helped me get a Care credit card , and Carrington discount dental plan,so I could afford to get the work done right away.They contacted my doctor to stop my blood thinner, and gave me antibiotics to reduce the swelling ,before my extractions.I am now on a regular program , I find that their prices and work to be very good, an... read more
Great staff, very laid back yet work in at a fast pace. I went in to have a wisdom tooth removed. Had it done faster than expected. The price was a lot lower than I anticipated as well. Great job by all.
