I was nervous to go get my teeth cleaned (haven't been to a dentist in about 6 years) but the hygienist, Rachel, put me right at ease with her friendly and caring personality. She explained everything that she was doing and also why she was doing it, which I appreciated! She threw in some funny, personal stories about herself and, before I knew it, my appointment was over and I was questioning why I had ever been afraid to go to the dentist in the first place. Aspen dental in Rochester is one of the more professionally run dentist offices around. Everybody is so courteous and welcoming! After going there once and returning for a follow up I walked in and it was as if everyone knew me. Couldn't be happier with the help they have provided and professionalism they strive to maintain. Highly recommended!
I had broken a tooth while visiting family in New England and I was 3,000 miles from home. The team at Aspen Dental in Rochester was so helpful and fixed my tooth the same day. I was shocked that they were able to fit me in immediately and how quick the process was. I'm so greatful to have my smile back! My husband and I have been going to Aspen Dental in Rochester for years now. We love the staff, Shelly the Office Manager treats us like family, all of the front staff and dental assistants are so good to us when we are in the office, and Dr. Yoon is the absolute best! Jamie Whitten is a respectable assistant. She treated me with compassion. Dr. Yoon is very caring, sensitive and understanding. I fear dentist since childhood. I research a number of dentist before setting an appointment. I scheduled with Aspen Dental through word of mouth and I am completely satisfied. Dr. Toon was gentle and makes it easier for me to have my dental work done with him. Thank You Aspen, Dr. Yoon, Jamie Whitten and the rest of the staff.
