I had an appointment for a filling at 10:45. I waited 2 minutes. My procedure was completed and I was out of the office by 11:09. No pain, no waiting and in my opinion first class service. Thank you Aspen, Rochester, NH.

My tooth next to my front one broke off my plate, I got in the next day, didn't wait too long, 20 minutes or so. Lab fixed it and I picked it up the next day. Waited only 15 minutes. They have always been friendly. If I am waiting too long, (1/2 hr)I always go up to front desk and ask, how much longer? I have had my teeth cleaned there, and when I have said they hurt me, next time, I talked to the hygienist, and she made sure she didn't, and sent home numbing gum pads, in case they hurt. I have to say, we were getting a little annoyed towards the end because we had to wait to check out, but after we realized the poor receptionist (not sure that that's her official title or not) explained to us that she was all alone, we felt really bad. She was busting her buns and was extremely sweet and funny and definitely worth the little wait! (It really wasn't that long. We were just tired & hungry!) Every visit I have had has been great!! Everyone in the office from check in to check out has been awesome! My hygienist Rachel was excellent and my teeth felt so clean! Also, Kristine the check out receptionist is so nice and always makes sure my insurance and claims are always correct. This office has a family feel, all the employees work so well together. I definitely recommend them to everyone! �
