I couldn't be more happier with Aspen Dental. They were so accomadating with me and my husband. I was terrified of dentists and they took such good care of me. I"m starting to trust dentist again. I love my new smile and the staff and doc are Amazing. All the girls are great and Amy is just wonderful. There was a backup problem on one of my busy days so I had to leave but the office manager called and apoligized and they got me in that afternoon and I signed in, went to sit and Amy came right out and took me in. Amy and Christina were EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable about an upcoming procedure. They explained everything in terms we would understand. Thank you ladies!! Kaelynnn is always very pleasant and knowledgeable with the insurance and office end of things. Dr. Yoon is also very nice and has a calm demeanor that is very relaxing! The Rochester aspen is great. Very professional, clean, friendly environment. The dentist are all very nice and the staff is excellent. Caitlin and Christina are the best. Great at their jobs and extremely personable people. Could be happier with the care that was provided.
Aspen in Rochester and all of the staff involved ensured a pleasant experience for me, being someone a bit overwhelmed by dental visits. The front staff were welcoming and the waiting lobby was clean and professional. My wait time was swift, and Caitlin the dental assistant that day immediately brought me to have my x-rays taken. She was not only efficient and knowledgeable at her tasks at hand, but she was also friendly and compassionate all while explaining each step. I recommend this office entirely. Upon walking in I had a very friendly greeting, and I didn't have to wait very long for my cleaning appointment. Dental hygienist Vanessa was very pleasant and professional. The cleaning she did on my teeth was very thorough and pain free. The whole staff made me feel very comfortable with my visit @ the Rochester NH office

Great place. Had a broken wisdom tooth taken out on Thursdays. Very quick and pain less, and all the staff was very nice. On top of that, so far I have not had any pain or swelling with my tooth taken out. So they must have done a very good job!!
