I am terrified of going the dentist but the staff made me feel comfortable and have been just amazing!
Had my first appointment today, confirmed it, twice, but I showed up to a completely closed office. I left work early to ensure timely arrival, waited in artic weather with my daughter, wasted TIME and GAS to arrive to a locked office. Customer service line (which is in New York by the way) could only offer to schedule me another month from now....but do I want to come back when common courtesy isn't even a standard? Not really. Completely DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL.
