my wife needed 1 tooth pulled i took her she came out to the car 3 1/2 hrs later with only 6 teeth left $7000.00 for fools ones every thing included so we payed she went today and they charged 200.00 more and she still has no perm teeth and they asked for 300.00 more to clean the 6 real ones so im thinking law sute she was in pain the 1st time and they talked her into some thing she didnt need
The lady that cleaned my teeth was pretty much grumpy. I new that I had not been taking proper care of my teeth and she keep bringing it up and I told her yes I new that. She then said that I could come back for another appointment if I liked. I said no then she call the Doctor over to bitch me out which he didn't do. She said that she had to clean under my crowns and tried to do the one that was a implant I just had done, with the threader but couldn't get under. Then she said we were done. My daughters experience with Aspen dental Has not been good. All they want is the initial money Of over five thousand dollars. I would recommend going any where but There.! There all about the money!
I've had nothing but problems with Aspen. My first visit was over a year ago. Due to their incompetence, the first 3 visits have still not been paid by insurance. They repeatedly billed the incorrect insurance. By repeatedly, I mean like 8+ times. Once they finally billed the proper insurance, the address on file had not been updated and the checks from the union/insurance were issued and lost. I was able to get them to cancel and reissue the checks and send to the correct address yet Aspen still says they never got them. I'... read more
Best dentist office I've ever been to. They are very friendly and give you your options and let you decide when and what you want done. They also tell you why other options may be better but it's your choice and they understand if you can't do everything at one time. They also are very helpful if you keep changing your mind. Just a great place.
I went in to just have a denture repair, I had broke a tooth off, expected to just have it repaired, and because I hadn't been there, had to be treated as a new patient. Had to have x-rays, and a dental exam before my denture could be repaired. Anyway, now I have to have treatments for my gum, which are going to cost $756.00. Needless to say, this did not make me happy! Taking a blood thinner this really scares me!
Need to get their appt times straight and then they didn't know who scheduled it. Came in for toothache and now have to go a whole weekend with it.. Smh.. Not going back to this location
I can't believe that I have to wait 2.5 months to have a filling replaced!
What is the point of making an appointment when you still wait an hour? Absolutely ridiculous.
