Been waiting 3 days on insurance approval!! What a waste of my time to have X-ray's done etc.
Worst of the worst pure ripoff artists who insist on wasteful exams and refuse to just give standard care treatment as requested. Wouldn’t even give a regular cleaning and instead insisted on a specialty service not covered by insurance. Reporting them to my Insurance company and my lawyer
I went in originally for a cleaning in a pinch. First of all, the didn’t put me in for a cleaning.. just an exam and x rays. Fast forward after an hour.. I was told I had 6 cavities to fill and one he was going to try to save “without a root canal.” Uhmmm... what? I had no pain at all, let alone any indication of cavities. they left me in a room for over a hr with my face num no one checked on me the whole time I was in there the surgeon and nurse that worked with him where no helpful or comforting the nurse yelled at me when I jump when they poked me with the needle I had a 1150 bill they put on a care credit card I canceled my last to appointments because of my experience there they credit me the money back for them to appointments about 5 months later I get a letter something I owe 377$ saying they didnt quote me right even know when u cal... read more

Excellent service! Dr.Vanja Cosic, DMD and her staff were awesome! Patience is a virtue and they had with me. I wish I had her as a dentist when I was young! It the most comfortable I ever felt in the chair! My mouth feels great as I go through the process for my dentures! Thanks Aspen!
Dishonesty bordering on fraud. After an appointment where I had only wanted a cleaning I was presented with a billing summary for a "treatment plan" for $950. Having had the procedures that I was told I was needed previously I knew this amount was completely out of line especially with insurance. I refused to pay in the office for anything other than the copay that was due for that day. I got home and asked for a detailed bill. Sure enough I was right. STAY AWAY! The owner was filling in for the regular dentist and screwed up a filling. It took THREE more visits to fix. The “estimate” they gave me was off by $1100 (oringinal was only $600) and they charged me for the visits to fix their mistakes. They didn’t return calls about mistakes on bill for three months then threatened to send it to collections! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
I told the scheduler that the reason I called was that my daughter had a broken retainer. She didn't say, "We can't do anything with retainers" and when I called to get an earlier appointment because of the pain my daughter was in, she failed to tell me the location of the appointment changed. The result: no relief and a lot of wasted time.
