Find another source for dental work. Smoke and mirrors is all I got with this place. They factored in 1/3 of my bill as Insurance Participating Discounts (not estimated) and then billed me for it afterwards. They factored in discounts that my insurance does not offer to them. Now with no money to pay my bill and just the rest of the day till its delinquent it has become a bigger pain to me and my family than the tooth was to begin with. How is it you have a system that has you confirm your appointment in three different ways, and about a half a dozen times yet when your staff is running behind the person that's greets you can't raise their head and give you a heads up that your likely to wait a half hour or more? Most people that go to appointments during a weekday have to take time off from work to attend them.
