Cherokee is an amazing hygienist! She is very gentle and caring. I won't let anyone else clean my teeth except for her!
While looking for a new dental office that took my insurance, I came across Aspen Dental. I decided to call so I could give them a try. Omg the experience was AMAZING. From the x-rays that were preformed by Aleshia to the exam that was preformed my Hygienist Cherokee. They catered to my every need. I didn't know I was on the verge of getting gingivitis. I needed to make an appointment and was calling for two days , every time was put on hold until anyone would have up holding. I drove to the office and walked in and no one was at front desk, a lady patient was waiting in front and she had to knock at the door until someone came out and she was told to have a seat and me too. Long story short the worst customer service I have experienced in a doctor office 😡

Had a very horrible experience with this place. Was in pain for a day and a half. highly do not recommend this place
The worst place I have ever went for dental care not only was I billed twice they were paid by my insurance then they also charged my care credit for everything even services I have yet to receive on top of that they charged me for a set of partials that I never got and a toothbrush that I never got when I called to dispute the charges with even proof that my insurance paid for everything they hung up in my face if you ask me they commit insurance fraud and rip elderly off of their money definitely do not recommend going her... read more
