Be where of aspen dental unlike their commercials how they come off we are affordable we work with you they’re really not they are a bait and switch dental company they quote you one price and then hit you with a completely different price.

I was treated with respect and I thought the Dentist was very informative about what I needed.
I saw the fill in dentist on Tuesday...Absolutely zero skills in patient relations. She did not seem to care that she was causing me a lot of pain. Had no manners or tact. She should be terminated!

Not overjoyed. Nora was very impersonal and not tuned into patient's needs. No consideration for patient's discomfort. If I return prefer not to deal with her. Insurance coverage is a problem. Was told they accept but then nothing was covered
Get ready to pay more than quoted for. When asked to pay for my procedure and for my daughter’s procedures in advanced (which after several times of going back to have them fix it and then going to a different doctor to get it right), I was assured that the whole procedure (mine prepaid at over $700.00) was paid for in full and I wouldn’t have to pay a penny more... guess what. I got bills in the mail.
All of the dental assistants were extremely pleasant and took excellent care of me while I was there. I was pleasantly surprised ‼️😊
Got a tooth pulled, was given minimal discharge instructions (handed a sheet of paper covering basics) and no mention of what or if they had sent anything to the pharmacy, they just asked which pharmacy I used. The next day after people acted surprised I didn't get any anitbiotics and/or pain medicine I called the pharmacy I had told them and there was some Amox for me. Some Ibuprofen would have also been nice, but at least the tooth is out. Just seems like that situation could have been handled better. :/
