Went there,never saw a Dentist, full mouth xrays and then sent to a closer to quote me a price.Terrible business practice

I made my appointment on Thursday with a very specific request. Went in on Tuesday. Filled out the paperwork and was called to a side office. The girl said to me "you only want my specific request and I agreed. That will be $81.00. I gave her my credit card and just assumed the increase from what I had been quoted was for my procedure. They then took me for X-rays and put me in an exam room. 1/2hour later the dentist comes in and starts giving me a list of options. No I do not want any of that I want what I asked for. It was all good at first, but in the last month or 6 weeks it has been 1 aggravation after another and has really been making me have 2nd thoughts about coming back here to further any procedures I want done. Seems after they smile and be so nice, then have your money, you really become just a statistic on a sheet to quote Bob Segar. Run from this place, WAY over priced even if you have insurance. One big scam. Advised me that I needed procedures that I actually don't need. Even wanted to charge me 500.00 for a "deep cleaning" that my insurance would cover. Do not go here!!!!
It is now 2pm on Friday. I am scheduled to have my wisdom teeth removed on Monday and I just received a call that the dr cannot do the extraction. Apparently only certain drs can do certain surgeries, which is fine except I specified the dr I needed all 7 times I had to speak to their office regarding this scheduling process. I have already scheduled the time I will need off of work for a surgery that I have no idea if it will even happen. Aspen dental was more interested in my money than relieving my pain. paid 78 bucks for them to look at my tooth for a total of 3 minutes, the rest of the time they were trying to sell me. I was in pain and the dentist could have cared less. and i was a return patient. Got a better sdeal for the same work at another office.
Worst dental experience in my life... Run from this monstrosity...this is not a dental facility it's a torture chamber...
