I went to the office complaining of facial bone pain on the right side due to an infection in my mouth. The black male Dr. that works there should have never touched my mouth without premedicating me. They pulled my tooth and broke it off at the root then wanted me to pay for his mistake. Never would give me anything to stop the pain they push you off to the ER who can't do anything. got upper dentures that have never ever fit..now they want more $$ to try and get them to fit..taking my $ someplace else..probably someplace where the office staff isn't so grumpy

I saw the fill in dentist on Tuesday...Absolutely zero skills in patient relations. She did not seem to care that she was causing me a lot of pain. Had no manners or tact. She should be terminated!

The first time I went there with my daughter the young lady that took care of my daughter was excellent. I needed an appointment for oral surgery and was told they would call. they NEVER called. I followed up with a call and was told they would call after they speak to the surgeon to schedule again no call. I followed up about 2 more times just to get the run around. don't over book clients ,and and let them wait for 2 and a half hours to complete their visit having three clients booked other client at the say appointment

Do not do business with this office. The hygienist did a terrible job. The Periodontal maintenance procedure that should have taken an hour was done in less than 20 minute. $271 for 20 minutes. Stay away they do not care about their customers
Please fix my issue ASAP.
