Illegal practice. Stay away from this illegal corporate chain that stayed afloat after it lost a 1.7 million dollar class action lawsuit.
Extreme wait for an office that did not appear busy. They are only interested in expensive procedures. Other customers there complaining about their wait time. A man came in looking for refund which he had been waiting for and still did not get the refund. Apparently this chain is only interested in money not patient care. I ended up walking out. Was there for over 2 hours just for xrays and consult and was then abandoned in waiting room after declining the services. Avoid this chain at all costs.

I just went in for my second appointment, the first was about two weeks ago. This appointment was for an “under the gun line cleaning” or “scaling” as some call it. I had previously paid $222.54 for this procedure and had a receipt stating that I owed $21.36 at my next visit (which was today). I was astonished at the price considering the insurance I have. Did goog job cleaning teeth, did good getting some financing, had a hard time making impression, prices are high. If they try to give you a electric tooth brush dont take it you will be charged 135.00. Maybe they are use to having people with more money then i have.

As an established patient, it shouldn’t be so difficult to be seen especially when you’re in pain.
Waiting time to long. Will be best if they stay with what the patient request instead of trying to impose. This make patient less willing to come back for services..

I believe they are over priced......you don't even see a dentist! I'm living on SS and it is expensive......
The staff is very friendly but their prices are very high and I don't like the fact that they don't use gas
