I went in with a flap of my gum that had pulled off my tooth in an injury and wanted to know what I should do. I first was told (on the phone) my insurance was accepted, then it was not when I got there. I was fairly concerned about the injury to my gum, so I went ahead and did a limited exam. I was taken back for some x-rays, and was sat in a chair. I was then hit with "advanced periodontitis" and had supposed greater than 50 percent bone loss in my jaw. Skeevy place. Rushed me through my first appointment. Went to schedule my appointment and was told I had to pay $189 deposit BEFORE they would schedule my appointment. was told I couldn't apply for financing over the phone so I went over today as their hours were 8-1. Door was locked so I banged on it as it was 12:07. Some annoyed woman answered and said there had been some emergency that required shutting the entire office down. I have been going to Aspen for over 4 years- regular cleanings x rays. After a 2 hour appt that most of my time was spent waiting- I am checking out and the girl says we need to schedule the treatment for bone loss and periodontitis. What? That’s the first I heard of it. Do they show me my xrays? No. Did they chart my teeth? No. So today I go for my cleaning - and Lo and behold the rude Celeste charts my teeth and shows me the xrays. My first visit started great. The X-ray tech was fantastic. She was fast and friendly. The hygienist was good too. Then it all fell apart. After the hygienist checked my gums, her and the X-ray tech left the room. They told me the dentist would be in to see me soon. I know soon is a relative term, but after a 1/2 hour still nothing. Finally the office manager came in and told me the dentist was doing surgery and it would be a bit longer. So we just rescheduled me for the next available later appointment. Why couldn... read more

A crown they put on a year ago already coming off. Then they removed another crown they made last year. And charged me for a new one. They couldn't get my bridge right 3 times. And on top of that they screwed up my billing. After calling them for 5 months now, office manager, Margie, would not return the calls or emails. This is the most crappiest customer service I ever saw. They hide behind the walls. And would not even show me the description of charges. I guess it's time to call the lawyers. Poor customer service. Poor service period. I’ve been waiting since before Thanksgiving last year for my partial. This is the 3rd try for one. They say Money back guarantee but do not stand behind it. I would never recommend this place to anyone.. They only care about the money not for the satisfaction of the customer..

I came to this location for a second opinion with an active gum infection. They Hygeinist said she would give me an antibiotic mouth rinse to help me with my infection since I was in a lot of pain for the past week and a half. The dr said no that I couldn't have it until I saw her. At the time I was there, she was just walking around and didn't have a patient. The work itself was very good but the office staff is a huge nightmare! The manager does not return calls! I just don't get it. Who ever owns this place should bring in a consultant or someone to teach the staff how to manage things!
