This place is a joke. There is always an issue. Wether its billing or scheduling there is always something. They charge you when you schedule an appointment then they call you the day before to cancel. Then they call you again the day of 15 minutes before the original time and ask if you could make it. No one knows why the appointment was cancelled. I would give it negative stars if I could. I'm on hold now waiting to does to the manager, Ridiculous.
I did not like coming here. My first visit was on monday at 2:15 . The instructions were to arrive 15 mins early to fill out the paperwork BUT I printed the paperwork out at home that I received in my email beforehand. I arrived at 2 anyways just to be safe. I wasnt seen until about 3:30-4:00 . Appointment times really dont matter to these guys. Its almost like they're double booking appointments. THEY TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE AN EXTRACTION WOULD BE 79.95 , TO COME IN. AFTER IT WAS DONE THEY CHARGED ME 265.00 . AFTER I MENTIONED THEIR PHONE QUOTE THEY SAID THAT WAS JUST FOR THE EVALUATION. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME I SEE THAT THEY ONLY WANT TO CONFUSE YOU ON CHARGES SO THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH MORE . NOT GOING BACK THERE.
Don't go here. You're nothing but a wallet to these people. The ONLY reason I'm giving 1 star is because they did a free initial exam, and because the hygienist/assistant that was with me throughout the appointment was very friendly. The dentist I had was a joke. He explained nothing to me and then sent me to the financial advisor to talk about a plan and payment. And I'm pretty sure they were suggesting a very expensive procedure that I don't even need at this point. Will never go back!
My visit to the hygienist was great but I had to have two crowns put on. The dentist did the work but the assistant put on my crowns. I had to go back four times because one of the crowns was not sized properly. Hence why it kept falling off. I do hope my permanent crowns do not cause me any pain or fall off. The last time I went in one of the dentist fitted my last temporary crown and it is holding well but I am having pain from going back and forth to try to get this addressed. It seemed very impersonal. I was told to sign in and fill out all this paperwork, including my SS # twice which I didn't give. I had asked to have my exam and cleaning at the same time to make use of my 2016 insurance but that was ignored though I asked three times. Save yourself the grief from mill dentistry and find a private practice. They have you make multiple appointments for minor procedures so they can bill your insurance company for each visit. You cannot get a cleaning on the same day as X-rays so they can bill your insurance company for each visit. In 'fixing' a bad filling, they made the tooth worse so I cannot eat on that side of my mouth without extreme pain. Then they want to charge me to come in to look at it. I develope... I have been in a temporary denture for over two years. They lost my original impressions of my teeth.
When I first called I got a call center and I asked the question about my insurance coverage with them, they did not know but made an appointment for me 35 miles away. I then looked up one closer, only 8 miles away and talked to a real person who was at the location. She was very nice and made me a new appointment with them.
