The service was excellent. Wonderful dentist and hygienist.
Everyone in the Niskayuna office were all very nice and professional. Dr. Singh was great at educating me about what work needed to be done and how long it would take. The day of the procedure (very nervous, but ready to be done with my lifelong dental issues) I was treated with great respect and they didn't lie about the time frame! I was taken in immediately and, once the novocaine kicked in, it took all of 10 mins. Very happy with everyone at this office!
The pre orientation on the deep cleaning procedures was very helpful for me. It gives me an idea of what has to happen and eases the doubts. More so, the hygienist who performed the procedure have light hands that kept the whole cleaning confortable and bearable.
I met the most amazing dentist Dr Thomas who did my root canal. After everything was done I told him I wish he was my regular dentist. He was awesome.

I loved the hygienist I had. She actually helped me to understand how to take better care of my teeth where no one else in my life time has put it in such a way. I followed her direction and went back two weeks later with great results. The girls at my work have noticed a huge difference in how my teeth look in just this small amount of time. I am really excited about the way my teeth feel and how I feel when I smile now thanks to Rachel's help! Her great personality makes you feel at ease! Love this office even more now!
