Beside the dentist behaving in a completely inappropriate manner & being rude & unprofessional, I read a review in a neighborhood watch that says that their billing is as inaccurate as Dr. Birman was inappropriate!!

. Big rip off! Do not waste your money here. They quote you one price, you PAY IN FULL at time of appt and then they bill you more money claiming the insurance didn't cover as much as they expected it to. They are so well known for this and it's BS. K. Salvi

I will never ever return. I called and made a complaint about my experience I am still extremely upset about my experience. as a new patient you have to fill out a medical form. I have severe depression, anxiety and cptsd! I had a filling that fell out dr. Birman said the tooth can't be fixed, it has to be removed. so I trusted that he knew what was best. went to the appointment to get my tooth removed on 5/19/21. I was a little disgusted at the condition of the bathroom during an appointment for my Dad. I certainly is not being cleaned. It was disgusting. This is a surgery facility it should be spotless. It's a direct representation of the staff that work there

Paid for a surgery. Get to the appointment and they say your not on the schedule. Umm we have an email that we received at 8am, surgery was scheduled for 11:30am. How unorganized can a big company like this be to do something like this?? Not to mention to a diabetic who asked for an early appointment because he couldn’t go that long without eating. WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS!!

I went to the Niskayuna office and Mary was awesome! She informed me about all of my financial options for when my insurance runs out!

I was very happy when I went there I thought I had finally found a good dentist (I like many others am PETRIFIED of dentists) I was in an extreme amount of pain and they got me in that day, I had four teeth (one was a molar) that were only roots, the dentist told me that if he pulled them I’d be out of pain that night, we’ll I wasn’t, did not sleep and could not eat or drink anything at all, I called them several times and was told they would get back to me which they never did, I had to keep calling them, finally they said ... read more

was told i needed $6000 of dental work done - got a 2nd opinion and was told it wasn't necessary. Chain dental places work off of production...how many procedures they complete...not whether it's actually needed.
