ASPEN DENTAL IS THE WORST! After waiting in the waiting room for an HOUR AND FIFTEEN minutes at the last appointment, they told us that the doctor went home 40 minutes ago and must’ve accidentally checked Nate out without seeing him, they then rescheduled his appointment for 4 o’clock today and he still in the waiting room 50 minutes after his appointment time.. I highly DO NOT recommend this company!! #getittogether

My appt was scheduled for 10:15 and they told me to arrive 15 min early. I arrived 20 min early and waited almost an hour to be seen. When I booked my appt, I specifically told the women I need a cleaning and exam and the cleaning was the only reason I was coming in as a new patient. After being called in, they did xrays and then put me in the chair where I waited another 20-30 min for the dentist. The dentist came, looked at my teeth for literally one minute and that was it. over change don't return phone calls
very rude had to call back denture cuz when I had it fix first time it gave it to me in a bag and never tried it on
Do not use this location of Aspen Dental if you are looking to have denture work done. Very disappointed in the customer service of the dentist. He was very unwilling to address denture issues with my 89 year old mother. It must not have been cost beneficial for him to treat her and easiest just to refer us to another dentist.
when a customer has an appointment, Do Not make them wait an hour to see the dentist

Stop overbooking as I had to wait over 2 hrs for less than a 10 min exam to tell me I needed something fixed. The doctor was fine and very nice to explain what I needed. The wait was just a bit much.
This office is an absolute scam, bait switch operation. You go in for a "free" first exam then they tell you you need a "specialist" to determine if you need a root canal & a crown or just a crown. They make you pay in advance for a specialist appointment they say the specialist appointment will be an extensive exam that lasts 45 min, the "specialist exam" took them 10 min and the specialist said they can't make a decision that the doctor needs to make that decision but no doctor is avail.....they wont tell you clearly what ... read more
