I went in for a cracked molar. Not only were they unable to do anything at time of visit They couldn’t do my cleaning and wrote me an estimate for over $11,000. Will not go back there
Good afternoon, I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for a cleaning. I was told you had an appointment open for 2pm and I took that time slot. After doing so, I was informed that because I hadn’t had an exam in over a year I had to do another one, but this wouldn’t be an issue that you could do both at the same time. Never going back here had 4 wisdom teeth removed at once on a Saturday with terrible pain and swelling which I expected wanted them to give me FMLA paper work for my employer I informed them of my pain and swelling it was Tuesday and I requested 3 days off said they could only gave me two how does one more day hurt you!

At 2:15 I went to the desk and was told dentist was finishing up. At 2:30 I was told the same thing. At 2:46 I asked if I could at leSt get my teeth cleaned. I had to wait for room to be cleaned and then I was brought in. Went for routine cleaning, after having gone there for years. At end of what was a combination of long waits for anyone to see me, even though the office and work area were empty, I was told that I needed deep cleaning--it sounded more complicated than my usual visits, so I asked what my insurance would cover (I have very good insurance). I was told my out of pocket would be $323. Full cost without insurance would be $921. Everyone's was nice enough. I had to bring my child , the nurse as kind enough to watch her during X-rays however my two pm appointment wasn't called united anout 235. The doctor was okay , however I was quoted 12 thousand dollars for three root canals and two crowns... they said they could do just the root canals two days later with a deposit of 150. Scheduled a root canal. Got there to be told that the dentist doesn't do root canals at 9am and I would have to come back in a WEEK to get the horrible pain in my mouth dealt with. Claimed they attempted to reach me, but not one left so much as a voicemail.
not great! Very unwelcoming receptionist and reception area. No warm and friendly greeting. Waited about 20 minutes before I was x-rayed, then waited about another 10 - 15 minutes in the dentist's chair for the dentist to show up. Not a great impression, I found a really wonderful and caring practice the next morning and had my treatment done there. Never underestimate the power of a welcome! People are either in pain or stressed about their visit.
