So dissatisfied and frustrated with these folks. Went in for a wisdom teeth surgery, all went well. I was rather upset that they didn't allow my boyfriend to be with me while I was sedated seeing I was so nervous and crying. This issue I'm having is that they sent my bill to collections when I shouldn't have even been billed on the first place. Over all, I have had positive experiences. I am disappointed on how they cancelled my appointment and never let me know. I got a notice 10 days prior, confirming the appointment. I was surprised that I did not get a phone call or text to remind me, the day prior to the appointment. I called in the morning to confirm my 10 am appointment, and was told that it had been cancelled. (not by me). They were able to schedule me at 11:45. NOT satisfied at all. Mom had a basic upper denture made,$600.00 for that and another $900.00 in cleanings and X-rays before they would even do the denture. Anyway the denture lasted just 13 months, I have had temporaries last longer. Called to see what to do and they told me warrenty for basic denture is only 6 months and a repair was $107.00. I went in with SEVERE tooth pain. The doctor did nothing for me and wanted to charged almost $5,000 for pulling out teeth. He took the metal end of his mirror and proceeded to bang each tooth with that and asked "does that hurt?" And, I'm sorry where does quality fair pricing come into play? Where is that anywhere close to "low prices" that is listed all over their store?? I will be taking my business else where and I suggest everyone do the same!
I had a 5 o'clock appointment and I sat in the waiting area until 540 they numbed me up at 555 and said they would be back in a few minutes 630 came around and know one came back so I walked out and rescheduled bc it was going to be an hour or more procedure I could make it to NYC by the time I would of spent there not good time management!
The office is chaos! The new hygienist is too arrogant! I found a new dentist and will not return to Aspen.
I have been a regular patient of this facility for almost 4 years. Today I had an appointment and when I arrived I signed in and sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. They call me up and tell me I am there for a routine cleaning and they have no hygenist there anymore and wanted me to reschedule my appointment. This was the worst dental experience of my life. The female dentist dr kara was completely incompetent. She no communications skills. Her dentistry skills were even worse. After I told the office I had lost confidence and trust in her they said they would get write back to me that day I never herd back it has been over five months.
I don't even know where to begin. Do I start with Cara (dentist) who sits there and talks about how "messed up in the head" combat veterans are? Or do we talk about her inconsistent use of anesthesia? Because I went in for one set of filings, she put the jelly on my gums and went and did something before 20 minutes, when she came back she gave me the MOST PAINFUL novacaine shot I've ever had.
