The people are wonderful and very very nice and helpful. I will definitely be telling everyone about the experience I got going there. Oh and by the way I love new SMILE!!!!!

I called Aspen Dental Sebring 6 weeks ago to make an appointment. Talked to a girl and got one on 2-23-23. Got a text the next day and it wasn’t the same day. So I called back and talked to the same girl and she said it wasn’t her but knew it was. Made an appointment for same day and time. Same girl called today to get my insurance information ( which she should of gotten in the first place) she said they don’t take the Medicare dental part that I have. But when I signed up for it they said Aspen was accepted. Could of avoid... read more

Absolutely the worst unorganized franchise that I have ever dealt with.. Mailbox is forever full,don't return calls when I've left numerous messages. Seriously do not even believe that they are capable of listening to messages left on answering machine??? 2 impressions for temporary dentures and 2 impressions for permanent dentures. 2 visits to receive permanent dentures, after waiting in waiting area 45 to 50 minutes past appointment time, they stoll were wanting to do impressions a 3rd time,giving excuses everytime........ read more

All kinds of problems. They suggested pulling a loose tooth, went to another dentist and he saved my tooth. A front tooth, really!

Un professional office staff rude and condescending. Asking people Medicalinformation The wide open spaces of the front office!  Dentist got upset at me for not wanting to put fluoride on my daughters teeth this would cause them to charge my insurance way more money when it was only $21. My daughter did not feel safe being treated that she never wants to go back to this place. Office staff was wonderful then here come the dentist who was disrespectful not comforting at all I actually saw several eye rolls from him made me feel horrible like I was wasting his time and energy to even bless me with his appearance the rest of the staff was wonderful

EDITING I AM SO DISAPPOINTED MY PLATE CRACKED STILL INDER WARRANTY GOOD 4 MONTHS LATER SAME CRACK NOW 160.00 YOU WANT TO CHARGE ME TO REPAIR IT AGAIN NOT TO MENTION LASTTIME I PROMISE ON EVERYTHING IT TOOK THEM 4 MINUTES TO REPAIR THE CRACK THATS WHY THEY CRACKED AGAIN !!!! have been going to this Dentist for a few months now and I am so very happy to say the least I had a few minor things that we're made aware of and Definitely were taken care I can not thank him enough for all he's put up with me being so picky but ... read more
