The hygienist was great and listened when I told her I have dental anxiety, I paid over $2000.00 which was, according to the office manager Vanessa, “everything included” then I went back for my first bridge appointment which was bad because I was not numbed enough. Then for my second bridge appointment I go in and they say I have a $900.00 something balance, uh nope all paid, then she says oh it’s $296. WHAT! Absolutely I do not recommend this place They try to tell me how my teeth are supposed to fit I been wearing dentures for 14 years I know how they fit and food is not supposed to be able to get under my partial and it's not supposed to sit sideways on my bottom gum BECAUSE ITS A FLEXILITE BULL CRAP AND THE MANAGER SUCKS I WONT EVEN GO THERE They got thousands and thousands of dollars from me now I'm not important scheduling my next appointment 2 weeks out bull crap to me !!

My visit was better than I expect it. Very well organized. The staff, hygienist, doctor and manager were very welcoming, caring and helpful. They eased my nerves a bit because I was in a lot of pain and worried about my diagnosis. I recommend that you consider this place when planning a dental check-up visit. Thank you.

Tell people what to expect! I made an appointment expecting to have X-rays taken and my mouth cleaned. They did the x-rays but made me plan for another appointment/interruption to my day for cleaning. I also get the feeling, like other "chain" dentists we've used, that you have a chain-wide "protocol" to find problems and make money (not against making money but do I need the procedure?) A few years ago, we used Bright Side Dental. They had "the Bright Side Protocol" which mandated extensive treatments at the slightest ... read more

I have to say that they are good people HOWEVER, THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH!! When I lived in Illinois & went to my "REGULAR DENTIST " I would have NEVER been charged the amount they charged me for a "DEEP" cleaning
