Extremely disappointed with the entire visit. I made the appointment for a consult. The first thing they did was request that all these New Patient Forms were filled out (which I did even though I hadn't decided if they were going to be my dentist). They then attempted to take an x-ray which they were unable to do (could not lower the "camera" to me, as I'm in a wheelchair. I called for a cleaning only. I told them I didn't want X-rays. The appointment was made for the Sebring FL office. When I arrived they wanted me to have X-rays. I mentioned that when I called I told them I only wanted a cleaning. ( I had X-rays 6 months ago up North). The Sebring office did not get the message and told me next time to call their office directly. This place does not follow what they tell you over the phone. My husband called and made an appointment to get a back molar pulled. He told them he did not want anything else done to it, just pulled. The office staff told him over the telephone, there would not be a new patient or office visit charge and that the extraction would be $124.00. After scheduling an appointment for a wisdom tooth to be extracted two months in advance the office staff waited until the day before my appointment to let me know that all of a sudden I wasnt able to have tooth extracted with just using a pill instead of iv sedation(which by the way was THEIR idea to begin with!). For me to keep my appointment I would need to pay another $215.00 after I already paid $427.00 to have everything taken care of. I took my husband for an exam and so far the 2 visits have been good. The dentist and tech's were very friendly and explained all the procedures. The office manager , Joshua was very nice. Still have a few more appointments to go so shall see what happens.

Good luck!!! My dentures don't fit right from the 1st wax fitting to the final. I want my money back but the dentist there said no. $2,800 and they won't refund my money!! I emailed their so called customer service and still waiting. Guess I need to email them AGAIN!! Go to a regular dentist, they have payment plans also. I swear this place almost broke my son's jaw when they tried pulling his wisdom teeth out. They had to stop everything and reschedule for the oral surgeon. They wanted more money!!!
