They should not advertise that they accept all dental insurance. We will have to do our own insurance filing, etc. Service was fine however.
I have been dealing with them since November 2017. It has been one problem after another. Never at a supposed medical office have I been treated so poorly. Some of the staff are amzing and go above and beyond, while others are down right awful. Bad enough having top dentures at my age, but having to constantly get something fixed is not normal. i have teeth fallong out of the dentures, as in multiple. Aspen Dental are a bunch of thieves in my opinion. they pray on the elderly etc. I went for a exam, x rays and cleaning. 4 different people had their hands in my mouth. they did x rays, exam NO Cleanining! With insurance the bill was over $300. PLUS they said I needed all this additional work $1,300 plus. They could do it now. I said no thanks. It's like you're in a factory assembly line then in a dentists office, leaving you feeling more like you're cattle than an actual patient. Very impersonal service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Could care less about their customers and refuse to take responsibility for their screw ups! Care more about ripping people off and the money than anything else. Worst dentists office I’ve ever been to and will be telling other people about this experience!

Different person, different perspective, to me, I get better service and much cleaner somewhere else. 1. Long wait and won’t take long to clean, I hope my teeth are clean well. 2. Customer service is ok

They canceled my appointment even though I’m in a lot of pain and have a very tight schedule only opening they had was a week from Saturday I can’t wait that long shouldn’t be my problem you over booked.
They are a joke told me they could fix my mouth work with me on payment I get their they quoted me over 3000$ to do the work I supposedly needed when all I wanted was one tooth pulled that was causing problem they then quoted me 800 and told me had to be all up front after they originally told me they could split the payments up thankful they did I went across the street and got it done for 240$ Chen dental was awesome
