I had a very good experience with Aspen Dental. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the time I spent there. However, the time I spent there was not terrible. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I had filled out paperwork on line, I had a few more papers to fill out. That took me time because I had forgotten an insurance card. So i went and it was my first appointment. Didnt have insurance. Was told an xray was free for people who didnt have insurance. These people keep billing me for that xray. Ive called countless times and they always say "well get that taken care of for you" but keep billing me. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and i will certainly not be back. I love Aspen dental. The staff is awesome. Soon as I opened the door I was greeted by the receptionist whom had the greatest personality and beautiful smile. Each time an staff member came to call an patient to the back they had an smile on their faces and greeted everyone in the waiting area. I thought the people that run the place were excellent and i felt they were going to help me. I have to go back and hopefully they will do what they say. Get me smiling again. I had to have a tooth pulled right away and the price was very reasonable. Keep up the good work guys...Very nice and clean.

I have been well pleased with the personnel at Aspen Dental on Youree Drive in Shreveport, LA. All the members of the staff are friendly and professional. They pay attention when I say something hurts or I am uncomfortable. I really like Aspen Dental. I enjoy talking with Dr. Ho about Las Vegas, where she went to dental school. And I enjoy talking with Kayla about New York City, a place I know almost nothing about. I recommend Aspen Dental to all who read this.
