This was my first experience with Aspen Dental. You are always a little apprehensive when going to a new dentist; however, the staff is polite and friendly. Dr. "F" is the gentlest dentist I have ever been to. The only downside was after spending over two hours there getting all the new patient work up, X-Rays, etc., I was told I would have to schedule the appointment to get my tooth pulled for another day. I am very pleased with the service I received today. Dr. Anderson and the staff are knowledgable, and caring. They are willing to work with you, until you have received the best possible care. I didn't feel at all like I was being deceived like I did when I went to other local higher end practice. Reasonable, knowledgable, Kind and caring,and clean, that is what I like in dental practice.
I received great service and treatment from everyone at this Simpsonville office. Jackie, the hygienist was outstanding. She calmed me down before the procedure and explained what would be happening. Best care I've received at a dentist in all my years. I highly recommend you to family and friends.
It was a wonderful experience! I had to have several extractions and I am allergic to dissolvable stitches, so they had a game plan and all went great! Very friendly staff!
Aspen Dental is concerned about your happiness. They won't stop till they are sure you are satisfied.? Randy, Dr. Anderson and the staff are so nice and expect honesty! I would highly recommend then. The best experience I have ever experienced in a dental chair. Simpsonville is the Best.
