Everyone at this office is personable and all seem to work well with one another. This office is run like a finely oiled machine! I'm not kidding, everything flows so effortlessly, so it seems. I was so impressed with the quick turn around time in receiving my finished replacement dentures. The in house lab and nearness to my home were the most important factors in finding dental care when I needed it quickly. Dr Anderson answered my many questions( so many) which really helped. Horrible experience went in for a filling and was twisted around Trying to sign on gingivitis treatment for over $5,000. I have been to two different dentist sense and I do not have gingivitis and I never had it. They never even questioned me or suggested different service.

I wish I could say my experience was pleasant, but after nearly 8 months I am at my wits end with Aspen. On Nov 30th, I had 8 teeth pulled, I was awake, it was fine, I was ok with the process. Afterwards they slapped a partial in my mouth and sent me on my way. They did not offer any aftercare, pain relievers or anything. Two days later I returned with a canker sore on my bottom jaw. I'll start with the positive-All the staff are friendly.....Now I know why- buyer beware this chain of dental clinics is all about getting money for upgraded and unnecessary services. They seemed less focused on providing a basic checkup and cleaning, that part didn't even happen for me or my son. Was told I needed a $2,000 ($1,000 out of pocket) deep cleaning as the basic polish cleaning could not be done. I have had excellent dentists my entire life. Now I am on Medicare so the choices are very few. I had not heard anything good about Aspen so I chose another dentist who was horrible. It came time for another cleaning so I really had no choice if I stayed in network but to go to Aspen. I’ll just say everything I had heard about them was true plus much more. they told me on the phone that they accepted medicaid. and when I arrived for my appt they told me they didn't accept medicaid. was a waste of my time and my gas. they need to get their **** together!

I went to check them out, because I did not care for my old Dentist & Hygienist. They where so nice expanded the cost for the procedures. I went back a week later for a deep cleaning. They were so through. I will be back on the 21ST for a few small fillings.

They never answer their phones and never call you back when they say they will. I'll be looking for a new dentist to go to. You get a voicemail during their so called normal business hours.
