I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning only to find out after the dentist had seen me that I was only there for x-rays and an exam with a recommendation for a cleaning. I then had to pay for these x-rays and exam which I did not need & told I would have to schedule my cleaning. I had already taken time off of work for a cleaning & had budgeted money for a cleaning. I thought the receptionist was rude, it was supposed to be under an hour time bc I was on lunch and they took forever. My manager didn't even get her appointment bc they said she waited past her time but they told her they would wait for her doctors approval to be faxed and after she drove all the way there from laurens they didn't want to see her. And plus their prices are super high!

My Co-worker and myself made appointments so we could both be seen in the same day and be able to cover each other while the other was there. We specifically asked them to schedule us so we could do this. She goes to her appointment was there 2 hours which ran into my time and they only talked to her and did X-ray's no cleaning. When I get there they tell me I can't be seen Bc I am late. I explain what happened to her they say yes we can see you but it's about to close and we can do anything to you Bc your pregnant. I had a terrible experience and not because it was a dentist. I scheduled my 6 month check up and they didn't even clean my teeth apparently that is another visit and we all know it's difficult enough to get off work. I was then shuffled to an office where they said okay you owe 567.00.... How is that possible ??? Well they sell you or want you to buy a tooth brush, rinse, screenings. All you do not need they didn't explain any of it and when you ask why and for a break down they are rude and unfriendly. Would never go again... read more

Really bad dental experience. I kept trying to tell them my dentures they made were not right. I finally told them I would not pay them the balance of my account until they were right. They refused to try and make the dentures right and would not do the fillings that were scheduled for me. I tried to convince them that I just wanted my dentures to fit and not hurt me. The worst dental experience I've ever had! Impersonal and when I said I would do my treatment but would not buy almost $200 in products that were not needed to do my treatment, I was told I had to find another dentist. Went to my new dentist and I was not told or was it mentioned I had to purchase any products.
