I called and scheduled an appointment informing the representative who I spoke with that I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and would need to see an oral surgeon. The appointment was made for today at 4 pm but I was called and told to come in earlier because they had availability. I arrived at 3:10 but was not seen by the doctor (who I might add doesn’t have good people skills or maybe just not with some people) until 4:20. they are friendly, but the hygienist I had was a bit rough, and they like to dig you for money with procedures not really needed

I am very pleased with the dentists and hygienists I have seen there for the past three years. But I am not pleased with their policies. When I arrived reception said I had an outstanding balance of $237 to pay. It was very uncomfortable. I knew I didn’t owe them anything and reception couldn’t give me any details. I called and made an appointment to see oral surgeon. Oral surgeon is only in the office 1 day a month. My appointment was 930 but said to arrive @ 9. So I did. They took me back did ex-rays, hygienist but no surgeon. The whole reason for the appointment was to be sedated to pull a tooth. So I wait and wait. They finally call me back around 345. I go there for A toothache, Very back top tooth, Next thing I know , they are telling me they need to pull all my teeth and put dentures in? Went for cleaning and was told to have around $800.00 work done for later cleaning. two x-rays and Dr. visit said I concur with the hygienist. I have not had any problems with my teeth. Next time if I go back, they won't do nothing but clean. Very disappointed in this appointment. By the way, didn't get my teeth cleaned. May I add. MONEY, MONEY
So long story short.... On Monday my Husband had a toothache. We knew it was a abscess and Dr confirmed. Dr Taylor was out of town at this time. The dr we saw was amazing!!!! He told us the tooth would have to be surgically removed. We made and appointment for the following Monday. His mouth and face continued to swell so we called back and he went in on Thursday. I scheduled an appointment to see an oral surgeon bc I want to have a post put into a space. I get there and they take x-rays, ok I thought. They will need them. Then comes in a hygienist who proceeds to poke my gums and examine my mouth. I said I just had a cleaning in January! Then she tells me I have a gun issue. I said my gums don't bleed when I brush and I see my dentist regularly!! My dentist office has requested my x-rays from them and the refuse to release them even after I signed a waver.
