Dr Shue and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful! I have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist and they couldn’t have made my experience any better! ❤️ 5 stars just isn’t enough!!!! He will be our new family dentist!

Very courteous very efficient did not feel any pain at all
From my first phone call to make an appointment all the way through my first visit I’ve never met any people so nice friendly and thorough they talk you through everything let you know what they are doing and even ask you what you would like to see done then I got a great estimate for all the work that I needed they gave me some time to think it over and I’ll be calling them in the future to take care of all my needs can’t say enough how wonderful everyone treated me so if you need any dental work I can’t think of a better p... read more

Dr Mark Shue and his staff are by far the best dentist office I've been to. Took my wife to see him. She is scared of "dentists". Very professional, friendly, helpful and take all the time necessary to make sure we understood what their recommendation for her dental plan entailed. I have to go past another Aspen dental to get there. Worth every extra mile!👍 Trust me. 😉

Everyone was super kind and very understanding of my anxieties. Dr. Shue wasn’t rushed, asked questions and listened to my concerns. Everyone explained throughly what they were doing and what procedures needed to be done. Best experience for someone who doesn’t like to go to the dentist. Highly recommend.
The Lebanon office rocks. First time I could say I had fun at the dentist. I had not been to a dentist on 10+ years and they did not make me feel bad, just addressed my concerns. Thanks for great work.
I believe Aspen Dental personnel are extremely concerned for each of their patients. Each person I saw were courteous and made me feel comfortable, explaining each step they had to do. Yes they are a little expensive but I do not have a problem concerning thel expense. They do want the money upfront and that is explainable. customers would have work completed on what ever 3 Aspen Dental required. It is. Easy to "forget" about paying once the work is done.
