Took my father here to get dentures at his request August. The teeth removal, was done then there were the bone spurs some they removed some they have not. We were advised that they are just going to leave them till they break the skin and fit the dentures over the top of them. They just kinda breeze over any concerns and don’t want to discuss the concerns. Once they get your money it’s a hurry up and get you through and out of their way.

Terrible experience. 5 weeks of mishaps, errors, them losing my crown, and pain. All for my permanent crown to look like a chicklet, not even close in color,it doesn't fit and after my lidocaine wore off this evening , I can really tell it doesn't fit and I'm in pain. Their solution. ..grind of my lower tooth without numbing it. Will have to go elsewhere to have this mess fixed asap.

Will tell you anything for excessive $$$ A bunch of shutters to exaggerate everything and get ya for as much money as they can get. Completely UNTRUSTWORTHY

Aspen dental is filled with sideways crooks, if you work hard for your money expect them to take it from you. I was guided by the team at aspen dental and they pointed me in a financially painful route. Expect to be tossed around and treated poorly when coming to aspen dental.

BEWARE!!!!!! I had visited the Aspen Dental, in Spokane Valley, many times having everything from root canals to deep cleaning done. I had paid for my treatments done and had a 0.00 balance at the end of my last visit. A couple of weeks later I received a bill for more than 372.00 dollars. After many phone calls, including calling the corporate office and talking to the regional manager, Aspen Dental would not remove the bill. The dentist told me I had extensive decay and needed 5 cavities and a few other things. This sounded strange because I have never had one cavity in my life and my teeth are normally very healthy. So I got a second and third opinion... my teeth are perfect. I have NO cavities and the other dentists told me that they hear a lot of people getting unnecessary work from this company. So glad I ran for the hills.

Finally a great place that takes the time to give you a great exam and put together a plan to fix your teeth and it so professional . Love this place.

Office staff and dentist were very friendly. I have need of dentures and no dental insurance. They were not able to help finance me. So I'm still in the same boat as when i went in there.
