Office staff and dentist were very friendly. I have need of dentures and no dental insurance. They were not able to help finance me. So I'm still in the same boat as when i went in there.

They cleaned and filled 5 cavities. Luckily we got to them before they got inside the teeth so i won't have to have any removed. Thank you Aspen Dental for the help, and dealing with my horrible gag reflex.

Literally the opposite of that they advertise. No surprise bills they say, yet here 1 year later is some fucking surprise bill! Call to make sure I'm not getting any more "surprise" bills and they continuously put me on hold. So glad I'm never going back.

The office is conveniently located and it was easy to schedule an appointment, upon arriving to the office the staff greeted me with a welcoming smile. That welcoming feeling soon subsided when I discovered that a routine cleaning would take place over several visits and included non-covered services that weren't discussed prior to being performed. It is ALL bait and switch!! Went in to have my less than perfect set of teeth cleaned. After the FREE x-ray and exam I got to speak to the CLOSER that informed me that my cleaning would cost me $1,800.00, but they could finance the cost. Let me ask+++HOW FREE IS THAT X-RAY AND EXAM?? PATIENT BEWARE!!!
Aspen Dental is a very clean and the staff was very polite .The disappointment is their price of service . I went to get a quote for new dentures . There price was close to 3 times of other denture labs. They advertise a single arch for $399. With all the discount they kept giving me it still came to $1499. In my opinion That's very dishonest. Went to you guys to get a tooth fix in late Dec.2015 your dentist fix the wrong tooth!$2600.00 later. Not at your office got me a New dentist. Whom Listen to me and got the right tooth . today is March 13,2016 my face is swelling due to your dentist not taking care of the right tooth. Thank god the New Dentist got it right. You Aspen dental need to LISTEN to your the person with the tooth ache. I will tell all my family and friends Not To Go To Aspen.
