Awesome handling and very professional. As a person who has had nothing but bad encounters at a dentists office, I applaud their bedside manner. They both put me totally at ease. Cudoos to the whole office staff.

My wife went to Aspen Dental to get a tooth pulled this morning, the dentist was uncomfortable pulling the tooth due to a medical condition and schedule the extraction for Monday morning and prescribed an antibiotic and something to manage the pain until Monday. The dentist said that the prescription should be sent out within the next hour or two. Several hours later, and the pharmacy never received to prescription and the dental office is closed. Completely disgusted with this place. Called 1-800 Dentist to find an emergency dentist for a swollen gum issue (since my regular dentist was completely booked) and was recommended Aspen Dental. BIG MISTAKE! After a bumbled session of X-rays, I was visited by a dentist, who barely took a look at the area, where I was having trouble. In less than 5 minutes, I was told that I needed all 4 of my 3 year molars extracted (even though only 1 was an issue (or so I thought)). This place used to be good....things changed. 30+ wait times past your appt Can never get through via phone call if something isn't feeling right. Secretaries can't figure out how much you owe and for what. Secretary said manager would call me- never did. Then secretary says they don't have a manager right now. 3 different dentists to complete one crown. one doesn't work here and the assistants have nothing ready for her so half my appt was waiting for them to find stuff. I went to Aspen to have work done and some denture work. It became a huge ordeal. The first frame work and partial crown were made wrong. Add on another 3 weeks of time to be remade. The dentist was so rough he cracked one of my teeth. I pointed it out and he said it sounded worse than it was. He was sure he didn't Crack it. Then they filed the back of my teeth for frame work to fit, and started causing me pain, I never had any pain before this. I was well impressed with my first visit when I had a temporary bridge placed. However once the anesthesia wore off, I realized that the temporary bridge had some rough edges. My tongue was being scraped and a sore developed. When calling to ask for help I was offered one appointment if I came in right away, which I was unable to do, as I am a caregiver for my husband, and we were having perishable groceries delivered "right away."
