violent receptions and criminal activities in Spokane Washington. refusal of care then pursued after reporting four or five year old left in unlocked vehicle in parking lot.
Recommendedbeen to one other Dentist, had Xrays ,needed some work,have insurance, never called me back,went to Aspen, got Xrays, the staff was on top of it, and great follow up, my new Dentist

first off they could refund some of the 8000 dollars I spent to get my teeth pulled and for 2 office visits I haven't eaten solid food for 6 months and wearing the dentures make me throw up
This place is all about money. They are like the factory line of Dentistry. Here is my tale. I am new to Spokane and in pain, when I find them on the web and find they take my insurance. Woohoo. I call them, and find out they have appointments in the weekends and weekdays. The front office lady was great. I waited 30 mins and then went off to X-ray, to figure out what's wrong. I went to Aspen dental to get my denture relined it’s suppose to be under warranty but since I lost weight they will not honor the warranty
The practice itself is great. Staff is friendly. But whoever's runs the finance is a joke. Their recording on the phone states "the price you are quoted is the price you pay!" Well I go in for a simple root canal and crown. With my insurance I had to pay 400 something dollars and that covered everything. Great! I paid it. Got my root canal done. When i went in for my crown they told me i had a remaining balance of 10 dollars left to be owed for thr crown. I said I already paid for it in my first visit. They said something a... read more
I was 20 minutes early,you needed my bottom plate, instead of telling me when I went in you left me in the room for 30 minutes then decided to let me know you still needed the bottom. Had you just said you needed it and let me know I could have driven home and brought it back. Now because of your mistakes I am without bottom teeth again for at least another week.
My entire visit was 1 hour & 20 min & all that was accomplished was my perio-charting & the quote for my cleaning & crown. This is ridiculous service! First off, your employees are friendly & genuinely appologized for all the waiting. However, your company sucks!! I do not appreciate being pushed "fear mongering" by HAVING to get a mouth cancer screening.
