RecommendedEveryone at the Springfield office is so nice and understanding. They were able to see me the same day I called. Each member working together in such a caring way to help me. Dr. Joseph (a wonderful doctor) explained everything about my options. Dr. Joseph along with each member are very kind and accommodating. They did an awesome job!
Had to have an emergency extraction done. The staff was very accommodating and professional. I called early afternoon and they were able to see me right away. While I’m not the best tooth-owner; they never were judgy or preachy about dental care. It’s my own fault that I screamed like a little girl; if I had taken care of my issue early; it would not have been as bad. I have no one to blame but myself. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. I searched everywhere for someone to pull my wisdom tooth. They were quick to get me into their office. The receptionist was very kind and was quick to get me checked in. The cost of getting my tooth pulled was way lower than I had anticipated. They made sure I was comfortable before, during and after I had my tooth removed. Thank you for the great customer service! (Aspen Dental also provides financing for those who need it!)
Excellent customer service, modern technology, assistant and dentist were top notch. Looking forward to treatment, knowing they have my interest( teeth and smile) at heart.
