Charge way too much and sometimes overcharge you two or three times if you don’t watch them. The hygienist were very nice. That was the only plus.
Speed up the process. Set expectations at the beginning. Realize time is precious and no one wants to spend the morning at the dentist.

RecommendedI needed to get my dentures fixed today. I called every Aspen near me and no one could do them until Monday. I had no idea what to do. I then called this one in Springfield TN. They told me to come on down and they would do what they could. I made it there the place was clean staff was so kind and welcoming also knowledgeable about the services they offer. They told me they would have them done by 5:00, they even beat that estimated time and had me smiling all the way back home. My teeth look better than they did. I will ALW... read more

My husband had an appointment yesterday. Although they had many openings and flexibility the services was incredibly slow. Was there over an hr and still didn’t get his teeth cleaned. Would not recommend them and will stick to our normal dentist. Hubby left with out his teeth cleaned. The reason why he went in!

My husband recently went into this office with an issue because of their 19.00 1st time visit offer. He went in and was so uncomfortable with what they were saying and quoting that he went elsewhere for a second opinion. 2nd dentist found infection where Aspen did not. He is feeling better now and far more confident in 2nd dentist. I would have probably just moved on other than now finding bill in our mailbox for an additional charge of 137.80. And they didnt even find the infection. Scammers..and con artists.
