Get someone who knows how to make teeth. The teeth are very poorly made. There prices are way too high for there product. Too many shots for pulling teeth. My chin was numb 4 days. Bruised on both sides .
Bait and switch office. Asked upon making an appt to speak to that office directly to ask a question. Was told by scheduling lady that she could answer any questions. I asked if they did root canals and the answer was yes. Get there and they don't do them in that office but do in the Madison store. They did the exam and discussed everything but the root canal and gave me a referral to a "specialist" dentist which was not their own dentists. Worst ever experience I've ever had with a dentist!
This place is way too expensive. It is outrageously overpriced.
The staff needs to work on professional training. They wasted my early morning appointment due to their communication mistakes.
If i could give no stars i would. I went to get a tooth pulled ans the numbing medicine wore off. I felt sharp object. Went to madison aspen dental due to springfield being closed and was told i have to see an oral surgeon. Got to go to springfield today but have been in serious pain all weekend. Kind of shitty that u go get a tooth pulled and now got to go to an oral surgeon. I have had teeth pulled and never felt this bad. unprofessional. refused to give antibiotics in spite of intense swelling and continued pain.
