For my first time ever going to Aspen Dental it was a good experience. It started off alittle rocky but I took a deep breath and showed alittle patience and I got what I needed. Although it took a little longer than I'd have liked but I did understand why...and it was because of the nature of my visit....extraction x2 and they were bad teeth too...ew...bad I say....but the Dentist and his Dental assistant made quick work of the 2 bad teeth..and before I knew it the dentist said there all done and out the door he went with a ... read more

Staff was pleasant and welcoming. As an Executive Housekeeper, I was pleased with the cleanliness and decor of the offices; very professional. Dentist and staff were very professional and efficient. They made my visit painless and I was never uncomfortable.

All the staff was very friendly and I did get some what needed to be done the same day . The only thing I didn’t like was they had to do a whole work up on me and I already was hurting but when.the dentist came in he got right on it

I went in back when COVID first started, yes it took longer than normal to get another set of dentures. I was very pleased with the workers there. They do need longer warranty on dentures. I don’t have dental insurance but I did get a discount. The warranty is only good for a year. I am going later for a more secure set of dentures. My first set lasted for 31 years. They came from some where on Charlotte Pike. These 2 of the teeth had to be repaired on August 4 which was less than 3 months over a year. But yes I wou... read more

I was Super impressed with this office. I was missing a front tooth so repair was important to me. They did the preliminary work the day I went in & scheduled me for the actual work the following day. Staff was awesome, work was done in a timely manner & I am very well pleased. I will use this office if I have need of a dentist again.
