Some ways Aspen Dental could improve? Stop lying to your patients.
I did not have a great experience. They cleaned my six year olds teeth and that was fine. Then it was my turn. They did the xrays and then took me to my room (with my 4&6 year old). Then they tell me we have to go to another room to get ‘scanned’. After the whole 15 minute procedure waving a lighted wand around my mouth I find out it was all to try to sell me Invisalign. Do not go to Aspen Dental in Stow! Terrible service!! I will never bring my family back again. You all should be ashamed of how you run this office. My daughter missed school for an appt we made 2 weeks ago and wrote down and confirmed, for us to get there and say someone called on my behalf, knew my phone number and cancelled the appt and rescheduled for a time I would have never scheduled. I’m am beyond upset and will be looking for another place to spend my hard earned money.
Wish I had read the reviews before scheduling. Left my 8:00am appointment at 8:40 since I was still waiting.

Your business and medical professionalism, bedside manner of your oral surgeon and dentist are absolutely horrid! I left thier yesterday in tears! I came to you for help, with care credit too fix the pain I’m in and have lived in for 3 years, after having 10 oral surgeries already! Told I need too have a piece of my jaw cut out! Which the surgeon was unwilling too do or even discuss when! If my dentures hurt simply don’t wear them! I should have read some if these reviews before I went in, but I broke my front tooth and needed emergency care. The girl who did my cleaning and xray tech and the temporary office manager were very kind. But after my last experience, I will be looking for a second opinion. First, the flipper they made (a one day rush job) is crooked and misshaped. No empathy when I complained. Seeing the oral surgeon this week was my worst experience EVER in any medical office. I have had extensive dental work done at Aspen and was pleased; mostly due to Dr. Unger's competence, approach, and consideration. Dr. Unger is no longer with them now and Dr. Maurer's approach reminded me why I have dentist fears. Unfortunately I think I must look for a change in dental offices.
WORST place I’ve ever been!! I pulled the wedge they use inbetween your teeth out of my GUMS lastnight after they were swollen and hurting for two weeks. Went in today to tell them about it and show it to them and they were shocked yet did nothing about it. Horrible place
Awful ! Kept changing their minds about options for my tooth . Made an appointment , canceled it because I wanted a second opinion . And they never gave me my money back ! Called about it , had some excuse , said they’d give me my money . Will be getting my lawyer involved now. Don’t go here !!!
