I had a very poor experience and would not like to go back.
I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes to be seen and I was the only customer sitting there. On top of that there was absolutely no professionalism. When I finally was taken back as I was waiting in the dentist chair to be seen I overheard one of the staff members making a phone call to a customer that she was trying to apologize to for their bad experience there (which should of been my cue to run)! AWFUL aspen does not stand by their pricing. Dr. Lindstrom is great and so are the assistants but I hate everything else about it.
I really liked it at first. But once I had some complications.they said to just gargle with salt water instead of going in to check it out. I told them I had 2 tongues and a green socket and they didn't see the severity. Here I am 6 days later 3 days in the ICU and now in a regular room fighting for my life because it was too infected I guess to remove in the first place.
