My wife has dentures provided by Aspen Dental, and her experience with this was good. I recently made my first visit to Aspen, and found it be good, up until we got to the business part. I felt more like I was dealing with a high pressure car sales person than being in a dental office. The pressure got worse as I questioned the services and the costs. They will not give out estimates for denture repair that just needs a few simple repairs where Affordable Dentures will give you estimates for the work that may need to be done over the phone. The person that answered the phone got obstinate and rude as well as combative when I told her I would not schedule with them unless I had some sort of estimate. Still confused I called made an appointment To get my teeth cleaned only for me to get there to spend an hour getting x rays and some come in poke my gums calling out 221113221 ok your good to go 🤔 huh should make it clear as day to new customers that they don't do anything just like to waste peoples time I took off work for a certain service to be performed and that's what I want
The worst process I have ever seen. I waited an hour and a half to get through their absurd process which doesn't include a cleaning just X-rays and a few pokes on the teeth from a dentist. Then they bring out the "business manager" and she tries to up-sell you all sorts of unnecessary things I was not asking for. If you refuse to take there huge waste of extras that Insurance doesn't cover, (because it's not necessary), they refuse to set you a cleaning appointment (my only reason for the appointment). The staff at aspen were very professional and very friendly. They put one at ease. I came to aspen due to other family members who had their services and I knew if I ever needed their services, I would be able to trust them.
Super disappointed. The first person you speak to, (intake person). Gave faulty information about the cost. (I needed a tooth pulled, that had cracked). The Dr. was very rough.The start cost was quoted at $150., then it was upped to $256. Finally, at the check out it was $365.A $79.99 exam fee was charged. Looking at the tooth in question, should not be an exam charge. Also, I was called to come in at 2:30, instead of my later appointment. I didn't get called back until 4:40. I wouldn't recommend them.

Super disappointed. First I was excited because I came in on the wrong day but they let me stay because the next person after me canceled their appointment. I was very happy as I was paying a babysitter and really wanted the appointment. I thought that was so nice!!
