My dental team at Aspen's Surprise, AZ office is amazing! My team has been amazing every step of the way. I came in to Aspen with beautiful but poorly fitted dentures from another practice. GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH EMERGENCY DENTAL CARE NEED. SERVICE STARTED WITH CHECKING IN. COURTEOUS AND MOST HELPFUL. NEXT WAS ANISTAISA WHO WAS VERY THROUGH. THEN DR. CHAN WHO WAS CLEAR AND CONCISE ABOUT A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT OPTIONS. DR. CHAN DID EXTRACTED TEETH AND PROVIDED TEMPORARY TEETH THE SAME DAY. Dr. Chan and the hygienist were great. They made me feel comfortable and the office staff scheduled a time that was convenient for me. I wasn’t thrilled with the dental assistant she seemed cold, rushed and unhappy. Other than that no complaints. I will be scheduling some dental work in February.
