So incredibly disappointed by my experience with Aspen Dental. I had to reschedule a routine cleaning and exam because I was sick with a cold. (I first asked if they would be comfortable if I came in after testing negative for covid and they were not. I absolutely understood.) absolute scam. They use a bait and switch coupon lie to lure you in and then charge you double. not to mention dishonest and willing to waste your time to try and take more than quoted. complete racket just like thebl rest 👎👎

I went to aspen dental because I had an emergency involving 3 infected wisdom teeth. On my initial visit my brand new rayban sunglasses was knocked on the floor by the xray tech breaking the lenses. I was assured by the dentist and office manager it would be taken care of. It would be four weeks until I could get the teeth extracted. On my paperwork for the oral surgeon I let them know I have a mild bleeding disorder, von willebrand disease. I first went to Aspen Dental in Surprise. I was quoted over $6k for the work I needed. I went to Surprise Dental as a second Opinion and am paying a fraction of that price for the same work!!! it's beyond my fathom how some dental companies are crooks! Apen was a very cold vibe from the workers But Dr. Wangs staff at Surprise Dental have been amazing ! A Very family feels from the first phone call... I definitely will be staying and recommending Surprise Dental to anyone who asks!! Unhappy Smiles with Aspen 🥺

If you have any special medical needs they will drop you fast. We went there two years ago and they were great, conservative, kind, caring, considerate, gentle and comforting. The care we’ve received over the past month has been horrible to say the least. They are cold, do not follow up, and when the situation turns into an infection because of their lack of follow through, they will drop you as a patient, infection and all. The child at the front desk didn't like my comments in trust/contract law. Sounds like the child will sign anything she is told to without full disclosure. Radiologist suffered the same brainwashing and is perfectly happy with being ripped of at 96% before taxes. These children need to learn trust law but I'm afraid by their demeanor that they will just repeat the same corruption we are experiencing today with our current trustees.

Took my daughter there last Monday for a cleaning. she is over 18 however has a mental disability and I am her legal guardian. I didn't go inside with her due to covid. 3 hours later im still sitting outside in the car and I get an alert from her bank saying she had a $438. charge.
