Well, the dentist and hygienist were awesome. But, I waited in the lobby for 45mins after my appointment only to get put in a chair to wait another 90mins before being seen. Office Mgr, assuming, informed me a procedure wasn't covered by my insurance. I knew this to be incorrect so I contacted them to verify. I was here several months ago for the free exams & x-rays along with a dental cleaning. This has been the worst experience of my life. I paid everything I owed at the time of visit (no dental insurance). I continuously received letters regarding a "balance" on my account; each time I would call, assured it would be handled. Today I was notified I was sent to collections for a balance I DO NOT OWE. Do NOT go here! It has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office.

I walked out! I wanted to have my teeth cleaned-- Aspen Dental wanted nearly $2,000. After a very lengthly delay which I learned from my insurance company that Aspen Dental wanted detailed specific information on all of my coverage including periodontal care. Lesson learned: Find a sole dental practitioner.

Went in to get a cleaning. The hygienist breaks a filling out which she claims was loose and already coming out. (Thought fillings are permanent). I went in the next day to get it refilled (which i had to pay for). I called the following day informing of my symptoms. I was then seen the day after that and told that everything looks great but here’s antibiotics just in case. I knew this was not right. clueless rude girls in the office. density and assistant ar awsome. surprise location is a joke and like to blame there call center for messed up appointments. aspen surprise sucks rude and ignorant.

Day 1. Appointment time 4 pm. Scheduled for a regular 6 month check/cleaning. Shook the doctors hand and rescheduled for the enxt day. Waste of time. Day 2 Appointment time 5pm not talked to until 5:40. Cant see me because not enough time?????!?!?!?!?! The most time wasting place I've ever been to. To leave my job early for an appointment time they scheduled? I'd HIGHLY AVOID THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU LIKE YOUR TIME WASTED

Dentist was very good; but the Office Manager, was rude and terrible!!
