after multiple weeks of calling for an appointment for treatment I finally transferred to another practice. multiple calls a week. emails sent. Even from customer service. do not recommend at att Aspen in Tallahassee.

My first visit last year for a cleaning was fine. Expensive but fine. Now they REFUSE to pick up the phone, return any of my calls, or answer any of my voicemails. I've called and left voicemails FIVE
I paid upfront and now they are refusing to do anything else til my insurance pays! I have two insurances and this could take 60+ days for them to pay. I will be taking my business else . They don’t even seem to care if you stay and do business with them either!

I originally had a 230 appt. they changed it to 3:00. I signed first at 3. then waited for 30 minutes before took me back sat in the in the back for 10 more minutes the hygienist was still on another patient. I walked out. Come find out they are now closed from 2 to 3 that's whi appointment was changed. first time I've had this happen. Not happy.

My husband said Aspen dental puts you on a payment plan and they don't even know were the payment is going, there only out for there self not the customer

I was charged $1955,00 for a teeth cleaning and to pull one wisdom tooth. What a surprise when I received the bill. The office staff did not want to deal with it. I called to corporate office and the district manager called me and said she would look into it. She did not call me back Monday like she said she would. Oh by the way, I went to Aspen to get a bridge in my upper mouth, and told I need to have my teeth cleaned first. STILL NO BRIDGE!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My wife and I scheduled new patient appointments back to back. We are new to the area and have been having trouble getting into a dentist that takes our insurance since the whole COVID thing started. Wife went first and was super excited because all the office staff seemed so nice. After her exam they decided she had developed pretty severe gingivitis, which is news to us since she just had an exam 6 months ago and was in perfect t dental health.
