I do not have a regular dentist so I contacted Aspen Dental because I have a broken tooth, and another that needs a crown. I again explained my issues when I arrived. They did x-rays, the dentist came in and did a full examination. She left the room I sat there in the chair for what seemed to be an eternity. They finally came and got me, and I sat in a room with the young lady who told me all of the problems I had. Don't expect to get your teeth cleaned on your first visit. You're regular check up is just to prove to your insurance company you need a cleaning and the deductible and out of pocket will be more than you can afford for the periodontal you'll have to reschedule. Going to the dentist is not what it used to be. They didn't even send me away with dental floss.

I scheduled an appt for an annual exam and cleaning having my completed forms in hand upon arrival. I did not get back to the X-ray tech for 30+ minutes. The dr came in introduced himself then the hygenist came in and examed my teeth. The office manager took me up front and explained a gum treatment was recommended and my cleaning could not be completed until it was done. When I called this business on Dec 28, 2017, I was told that I could come in Jan 2, 2018. I told the person who answered the phone that I had a severe toothache and needed a tooth extracted. When I went to the local dental clinic on Jan 2, I told them what I had been told. I was in extreme pain so I expected the tooth would be pulled to stop the pain. We will not be back! they don't do what they say they are going to do and try pushing you into buying extra services!
If you have an appt. at 11:15am and you don't get into the back until 1:30pm, that is cause for a problem with me.
This is Kathllen Hunter on my hubbies fb....Will not be back, i scheduled a tooth extraction after going to the emergency room during the weekend. When I arrived at my appointed time I was told I had no appointment, this after a 3 day wait to get in. They could get me in within a few hours, so I waited, freezing and not happy. Booked a Saturday appointment 2 months ahead of time to insure that I wouldn't miss work. Triple checked that they would be open on a Saturday. Arrived on time to find an empty office. Won't be trying again.
